About Wards Timber and Hardware Ltd

Wards Timber and Hardware Ltd are a family based timber and hardware shop in North Norfolk.

We sell all ranges of planed and sawn timber, plywood sheeting, mouldings, light building materials, bagged aggregates and a wide range of home heating fuel (house coal, smokeless coal, logs, kindling etc).

We manufacture all our own Fencing and trellis materials (posts, rails, feather edge, gravel boards, post mix) and even offer a bespoke service on some products

Wards timber and hardware ltd have been in business for just over twenty years at our site in Fakenham, Norfolk. We are looking to expand the service and products we offer, we hope to achieve this through our website and online store.

After successfully testing the water by selling on sites like Ebay and Amazon, it is our aim to sell directly through our own store on our own website. We will be adding more and more of our products in the next few months, there is however, a lot to add!

Our shop in Norfolk is described by locals as an 'Aladdins cave', many say it is like going back in time 40 years with the way the shop is set out. 

In an age where everything is commercialised, our type of business are far and few between. Alongside the river wensum, our small business rests in an age where technology has changed the way we live our lives and ultimately, the way we shop. We are proud to be unique and set out the way we are.

Our biggest aim is to provide you with a first class service, we genuinely enjoy serving all our customers that visit our shop and intend to carry this trait over to this website.

We will always do our best to try and help fulfill your needs and will always reply with haste to any enquiries.

We do not believe in tacky sales techniques, and those 'Buy three and get the fourth half priced' gimmicks. We believe in constantly keeping our prices low, and your expectations high.
